Multiple Intervenors Elected as Industrial and Large Commercial Consumers Representative for the New York State Reliability Council

On June 10, 2011, Multiple Intervenors was elected to another two-year term as the Industrial and Large Commercial Consumers representative on the Executive Committee of the New York State Reliability Council (“NYSRC”). The NYSRC is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the reliable and efficient operation of the New York bulk electricity system. Multiple Intervenors is the only end-use consumer representative on the NYSRC’s 13-member Executive Committee. In related news, Michael B. Mager, a partner at Couch White, LLP, and counsel to Multiple Intervenors, was elected Chairman of the NYSRC effective August 1, 2011. Mike currently is serving as Vice-Chairman of the NYSRC.
