Representing Multiple Intervenors, an association of many of the State’s largest energy consumers, Couch White: (a) contributed toward a sharp reduction in the rate relief awarded to the utility; (b) secured a more equitable revenue allocation on behalf of its clients than what had been proposed by the utility and other parties; and (c) defeated proposals that, if adopted, would have extended the expiration of stranded cost recovery from the end of 2011 into 2014.
